back to the basics

Brauche enters the town for the first time in many years and is shocked by the drastic apearance so different than that last night when he was shot at. at least then there were people now its such a wasteland Brauche kept wlking through the baren city and saw a chopper store he touched his charm and froze the window then walked right through it where a beutiful black harley davidson style chopper sat he walked to the back of the store and started rummaging through one of the desks til he found the keys. "No sense in hotwiring the damn thing if theres keys right here." he mumbled to himself he had gotten use to the idea of being alone since he had always lived alone in the forest on the outskirts of town. he put the keys in the ignition and listened to the beuty purr before jumping on it and drivin to the gas station. where he broke into the store and rigged the system to let him pump the gas.after doing this he decided to leave town and look for more people where he was going to go he had no idea but as he finished pumping the gas and he was starting the motocycle he heard something behind him when he turned a round he realized it was a man.

Thade stood their in his elegant purple suit. Whacha doin' buh-dee He said in a psychopathic childish voice. Woah man, woahhhhh did you STEAL that? You know that illegal rigghhttt? Then he started to cackle madly. Listen... I know your busy n all. But I (he emphasizes on I.) need a hand. And see (emphasize on SEE.) i know where this little place is, that we can hide out, AND (emphasis on AND.) They have hot food. You in?

Brauche stopped the engine and got off of the bike. "youre a nutjob but i need a place to go so what do you have in mind." He stood there looking at the man in the purple suit thinkingi dont know if i can fully trust this guy but if he's got somewhere to rest i 'm going to take advantage of that i don't know exactly whats out there yet and maybe he does. you've got yourself a deal. Brauche stuck out his hand going to shake this nutjob's hand and his charms slipe out of his jacket and started swinging.

haahhaha ahahahahah. He starts cackling madly again. Then shakes his hand. Well, we'd better get going then shouldn't we? He runs over to a gas station pump and kicks it over as it was a tin can. IT WAS HOLLOW. And reveals a black CBR 1000. He then shoves the keys in it and starts it. Race you! He whispers. Then takes off down the street weaving in and out through burnt up cars.

Brauche jumped on his bike and started it and started going full speed not exactly knowing where to go he pulled his hand off of the handles and reached over to touch his purple charm.he saw himself pulling up in front of an old bar and looking up at the sign then the zombies started to come out ok looks like this guy's nuttier than i thought Agian he was mumbling to himself not realy used to the company. he retapped his ice charm and put his hand back on the bikes handle and sped up a little recognizing the place where they were going.

Thade pulls up to the bar and kills the engine, he noticed the other man fumbling with something on his bike. Werido... Hey buddy, before we go do this, let me get your name. I'm Thade. He starts to walk into the abandoned bar when something leaps through the glass door and lands on top of him. FUCK! Thade yells.

Brauche tells thade his name and watches as thade wlaks up to the bar window and the zombie jumped out at him Brauche freaks out and imediately touches one of the black charms hanging off his glove hold his hand out and a large sword started to materalize into his hand after it was fully there he ran foward and sliced at the damned things head lobbing it right off. after that Brauche looked up int the broken out window and saw a few of the stupid zombies walking around inside the front room. "Do you have a gun or something that i can use preferably a pistol maybe even a revolver." he said as he helped thade up off the ground.

heheheeh! Thanks. Why of course, I always carry alteast, an extra 1,2,3,4,5,6 maybe even 7... whaddya want?
Thade pulls out 6 throwing daggers and throws them at the 3 zombies inside the doorway. *roll:6 times/Dice:6 sided/ 3+ = death of zombie*

Brauche takes the gun from him"thank you cant always be summonig that sword" he said as he stuck his sword into the ground and tapped his other black charm.in his empty hand a batg full of ammo appears and he attaches it to his belt after loading the gun. now are we going in or what i beleive you wanted a tank or something like that right?

Er?! Its a fucking jeep. And how did you know that? Thade starts to feel alittle creepy about this guy. Ironic. Who the hell are you?

"Well lets go get it and i knew because of this little charm right here." Brauche said holding up the purple chain and being careful not to touch it with his skin. he started walking into the building not waiting for a reply and four shots rang out in the silence.

Thade hears the shots and jumps up. Damnit, Werdio!He runs into the building and see a zombie lurching towards B. He fumbles through his overcoat for a second and finds his "7 inch switchblade and flicks the button that releases the blade. Nice 'n easy baby, nice 'n easy. Then he starts to cut a V on the Zombie's back. When he hits the spine he jerks the blade out and the zombie falls to the ground. Hey, 5 more. You better be ready, dumbass. Coming in here all alone. Then he pulls the blade back into the hilt and pulls two .40 pistols from nowhere and starts shooting around the barstools where the zombies were a second ago. *Roll two 6 sided dice/ 5+ = kill*

brauche remembered his sword outside and jumped back through the window wielding the very large sword he taps the black and yellow carm and the room gets lighter imidiatley. He holds out his sword and waits for the stupid zombies to jump out from behind the counter where Thade had just finished firing at random. Stupid or not they're still gonna get pissed off when they're fired at. Three zombies jumped out and came running towards Brauche he simply sliced through the three zombies heads.

Not bad... not bad... But, we still need to keep going damnit. Common lets not waste time! Thade runs down the hall to what seems to be a basement door and he reloads the two .40 pistols with 15 round clips. Then he turns and waits for B.

Brauche switches his charm and undoes the imbue so that hes carrying a regular sword he sheaths it in the sheath that he gets when he summons his sword. And reloads his gun while he's running down towards the basement. "Well lets go then."

Thade then hears a noise coming from the other side of the door. Then looks at B.

A zombie breaks through the door and pins Thade through the opposite wall. Thade then pulls
a hunting knife from his boot and stabs the undead in the back of the neck then twists the blade
decapitating the undead.

Ladies First.

Brauche puts his gun up but says "Then why arent you going?" he takes a shot at the next zombie thats running through the door but does n't pay attention to the zombies body but he keeps shooting after going into the door.

Thade pulls B from outside the door and says. hold on bud-dey in a childish crazy voice. He opens the inside of his jacket revealing suspenders with knives tucked in them, guns too. He takes off the jacket and opens it up, showing B the lining with 12 grenades in it, all of them were attached to each other with one string. He then pulled the string and through his jacket in there, then slammed the basement door shut. Didn't think there'd be THAT many in there.

There was a loud boom and the door fell over. "God damn dude what with the explosives" Brauche picked up his sword and ran inside hoping that there were some more zombies but there weren't. Brauche sheathed his sword and clicked on the light. "well c'mon i'm not looking for the damned things." Brauche started looking through the rooms.

Thade said ub ub ub, over here. give me a hand. He took his knife and cut into the basements carpet in the north-west corner of the room. Revealing a large steel trap door. Help me out with this will you? Then they lifted the door up. Could you give me some light? B touches one of his charms and lights up the room below. Yep, its a subbasement. In the room there was a old military rover, kinda like batmans car except in purple. Batman memorabillia, who woulda thought they really made em?

They both got in, Thade driving. And what? The keys were in the sun visior..

Before brauche jumped down he yelled to thade to hold on. And he walked into one of the rooms where he had shot into and saw a crouched figure sitting in the corner of the room. It pounced at him and came into the light that was turned on in the other room. Brauche looked up and saw the face of a freindly looking lion. "Why hello how are you? You know i would like my chest back." Brauche got up and walked over to the trap door with the lion following him. He dropped down into the car and again the lion followed. Well THade i'd like you to meet buddy he just kinda connected to me sorry i can't help it but don't you think he's awesome?"

Bleh Thade said as he strached the lions ear, Want a grenade? then he started cackling madly. Sorry buddy, I'm all out. Come on B, time to go, chop chop. We're hitting a grocery store and an ammo dump. HURRY UP! The suns going to go down soon.

They both get into the vechicle and drive out a ramp leading to the back alley of the bar.

Brauche tossed the ball again and smiled at how much that buddy was like a dog when he brought it back he would drop it and nudge Brauche to throw it again. Brauche looked at Thade and tapped his water charm and with one finger shot a jet of water just strong enough top give him a scare at Thade'sface laughing brauche got up and called Buddy to his side as he walked upstairs in the gigantic lair that this madman called home.

Thade grunted trying to keep his tough guy image. Lets go inside, its almost dark and they'll be out and about soon.. Thade started inside following B and his lion, pouring vinegar across all the places where they had stepped, so that way they couldnt be tracked. What's for dinner?

Brauche called out behind him "I don't know what do you got in the fridge?" Brauche dropped the tennis ball down the stairs behind him and watched as thade caught it then watched as Buddy turned around to chase the ball and tackle Thade. Brauche called buddy back and laughed a thade got up. "Bah ha ha ha dude you should have seen the look on your face."

ha-ha asshole Thade said with a bored look on his face. The point is, I was making fun of YOU, there is no food in the fridge. But plenty of beer, ahahaha. hmmm. should we risk going out this late?

Brauches purple charm started to glow as it did that sometimes whenever there was a strong thinker around. Brauche tapped it whenever it glowed just in case he could pick up the end of whatever they were thinking, Al that Brauche could hear was ...going out this late seeing as its nearly dark outside and i have no idea what's out there i dont believe that it is a good idea to leave. said Brauche as he shut the door after Thade had finished cleaning the porch.

Eh, your prolly right. We'll need to go out tomorrow for supplies then. We can't live like this much longer. Damn, we should eat his little lion thing, ha ha... Thade, your just joking, YOUR. JUST. JOKING. Thade went out into the garage, then into his little workshop and began working on new grenades. *Thade Casts Create Grenades: 25 mana*

"Well tomorrow we'll go out and get supplies that will last us a while." Brauche yelled to Thade as Buddy brought the ball back. "So where do I sleep? Im pretty tired." Brauche tapped his Ice charm where he usually kept his charm power when he wasn't using it' then slipped his sheath off and leaned on his sword.

Yeah, we will then. I'm hitting the sack. Maybe you should too, tomorrow could be a pretty big day man. By the way, you get the couch. Thade walked into the far room on the right and shut the door.

Roland was awfully curious to know who was out at dusk. Or were they just ghosts? Regardless, they were in the general direction he was headed anyway. So, sauntering slowly he called out to the two. "You know it's getting close to night?"

Brauche had already gone inside and Thade was watching out the window. He walked and opened the front door. Then pulled the grenade he was working on out. Who the hell is this? Thade then cackles madly. And who might you be?

Roland stayed a good ten feet from the door, but responded calmly. "Name's Roland. I see your grenade there, and if you plan on robbing me, you got another thing comin'" he said slowly resting his hand on his hip, brushing his palm over his smoothed pistol grip.

Meh, Asshole. Maybe this guy could be a good ally. Seems kinda skinny though. I got this.. Then took a step down and put his hand out to the man. Come inside for some cold beer? All we got, we're going out in the morn for more supplies. Cover up your tracks with this vinegar. Thade hands the man some vinegar.

Roland took the bottle; sprinkled some on his tracks and smashed the rest at the doorstep. "oughta keep 'em off the front door." he said stepping into the house. He promptly sat and rolled a smoke, setting his .357 on the ground next to him. "you two got names?" he asked striking a match on his boot heel and lighting a tightly rolled smoke

Thade returned with two cold beers in his hands, then passed one over to this vistor, and say down on the recliner caddy-corner to the new guy. Eh, a .357? In good condition too. I'm Thade, and the guy in there sleeping is Brauche. We're going to get food tomorrow, you in? Also, I seen you have a .357, old model. Very Very nice. Thade starts pulling out guns from his jacket and when hes all done theres 2 .40 pistols a .44 revolver, a old .22, a flare gun, and 3 of the 2009 .357's. I carry a few guns and knives on me too. He starts to cackle madly.

Roland took the icey brew and popped the top with his teeth. "thanks" he said tipping it in Thade's direction. "I've been wandering the streets and highways for about three years now. I stayed in LA for a good time, trying to piece this together. I believe this is the testament of the gods." he said taking a deep drink. "But enough of the philosophy. Nice uh... Weapon selection. I prefer staying to my two." Roland set the empty bottle down next to the backdoor. Just in case someone decides to walk on in... he thought to himself. Self preservation became first nature to Roland. "Where are we hunting?"
